Realtor Jim Bell Predicts a Banner 2010 Year for D.C. Luxury Home Market
Kalorama luxury real estate market shows no sign of slowing down
Washington, D.C. (MediaQuire), January 5, 2009 – Known as the “King of Kalorama,” Jim Bell from Washington Fine Properties has worked for twenty years in the luxury real estate market and recently celebrated his $500 million dollar mark in luxury home sales. Bell predicts the D.C. luxury home market could grow 5% to 10% in 2010. “I base my prediction on my luxury home sales in 2009. Luxury home sales in this market has been consistently moving upward,” says Bell.
If Bell’s prediction is accurate, he will achieve a record year reaching approximately $100 million dollars in luxury real estate sales. “While other real estate markets continue to battle negative market news, the luxury residential market continues to find buyers as evidenced by the continued success of luxury home sales, particularly in the Kalorama area,” says Jim Bell.
Bell is passionate about the homes in Kalorama and the surrounding D.C. neighborhoods, “I always go beyond the call of duty to ensure that I have met each client’s needs and strive to exceed their expectations,” said Bell.
