MediaQuire Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions governing your use of the press release distribution and related consulting service(s) (collectively, the "Service"):

1. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of all news copy and other information submitted by you to Weston Media Group, LLC aka MediaQuire  or entered into the Service (the "Submitted Materials"). MediaQuire cannot be responsible for verifying facts contained in Submitted Materials. All Submitted Materials must follow MediaQuire's editorial guidelines.  

B. MediaQuire reserves the right to reject or edit Submitted Materials, provided that substantive edits to the Submitted Materials will not be done without your consent; and to remove any press release from its web site, pull any press release from distribution or deny approval to any press release. MediaQuire can only remove Submitted Materials from its own network(s); MediaQuire and it's social media outlets and can not remove from media outlets online news, blogs media entities that have subscribe to specific  press release distributed news, as per the client's request.   MediaQuire does not make representation or warranty regarding the removal of Submitted Materials from sites outside of the MediaQuire network.

C. MediaQuire strives to distribute Submitted Materials promptly and accurately. Any errors by MediaQuire will be corrected immediately and without additional fees. 

D. All Submitted Materials distributed by MediaQuire must contain a user-supplied contact name, phone number and e-mail address that is verifiable by MediaQuire.

E. MediaQuire does not guarantee any or particular media exposure or placement by media outlets. MediaQuire will deliver the news to a client's unique media needs and customize a media target list.  

2.  Termination

A. MediaQuire has the right to cancel your account at any time and at its own discretion. 

3. Billing

A. You shall pay all fees or charges for your services as it relates to press release services, including but not limited to; writing, consultation, social media set up and customization.   All payment obligations are noncancelable and all amounts paid are nonrefundable. You must provide MediaQuire with valid credit card information to retain our services.

B. You agree to provide MediaQuire with complete and accurate billing and contact information. You agree to update this information within 30 days of any change to it. If the contact information you have provided is false or fraudulent, MediaQuire reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service in addition to any other legal remedies.

D. All fees for services will be billed in U.S. dollars.

E. MediaQuire reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or its policies relating to the Service at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version on the Service. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

F. You acknowledge and agree that you and MediaQuire are independent contractors, and nothing herein shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. Neither party has authority to enter into agreements of any kind on behalf of the other, and neither party shall be considered the agent of the other.

H. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Georgia exclusive of its conflict of laws provisions. Any suit hereunder will be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Georgia, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction thereof. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. Call 800.799.1162
